Directions

Mash for 60 minutes at 149° F. You may need to extend to 90 minutes to get full conversion. At a thick 1 Qt/lb the mash size will be about 8.5 gallons. If your system cannot handle a mash this size, substitute a portion of the pale malt with extract.

Be sure to pitch enough yeast to get a good fermentation and full attenuation.
