I have been brewing beer for 6+ years. I believe that hops are a thing of beauty and should be enjoyed in great quantities. Favorite beer to brew: Dr. Farnsworth UK Traditional or the HoppykNot. I believe that beer should be balanced with hops and alcohol. The major accomplishments of man is the creation of: Beer, Colt Commander, English Bulldogs, iPods and television remotes. Most of my life decisions have been made on what type of beer I can/will be drinking.
